The Martial Arts Gym offers a variety of programs that are expertly designed in order for everyone to enjoy the martial arts, regardless
of age, previous experience or current physical fitness level.
New Students are welcomed into a beginner's class which teaches basic punching, kicking and self-defense skills in a friendly non-contact environment.
As students progress, they enter into more advanced programs which challenges them with advanced training, such as; contact sparring, weapons defense and
advanced throws and takedowns.
While training towards your Black Belt at the Martial Arts Gym, you will learn much more than just punching and kicking. You will enjoy benefits which will help you in all areas of your

The Martial Arts Gym has become a member school of American Kenpo
International (AKI). We are bringing Ed Parker American Kenpo to
the Carolinas through the AKI.
The AKI is a large organization with schools stretching
from California to Maine and internationally from Brazil to
Ireland. When the new website is updated we will be listed as the
representative of North Carolina. |
