The Martial Arts Gym offers a variety of programs that are expertly designed in order for everyone to enjoy the martial arts, regardless of age, previous experience or current physical fitness level. New Students are welcomed into a beginner's class which teaches basic punching, kicking and self-defense skills in a friendly non-contact environment. As students progress, they enter into more advanced programs which challenges them with advanced training, such as; contact sparring, weapons defense and advanced throws and takedowns. While training towards your Black Belt at the Martial Arts Gym, you will learn much more than just punching and kicking.
